Claus Craft Mentoring is a 100% FREE, eight-week small group mentoring experience designed to help new Santa performers (0-3 years only) grow in their portrayal, professionalism, and heart for the role. Created by Santa Doug and Santa Chris, the program focuses on much more than beards, suits, and props. It is about becoming the kind of Claus who leaves a lasting impact on children and families. Currently this small group mentoring is just for Santa's. 

Unlike large conferences or lecture-style classes, Claus Craft Mentoring is intentionally limited to only six Clauses at a time, allowing for meaningful conversation, personal interaction, and individual feedback. Sessions are held online weekly and typically last about 90 minutes, with additional time available afterward for questions and discussion.

This is not a "one size fits all" course. It is a gathering of friends who share a common passion and a desire to become better at the craft we love. Watch our facebook page for the next group or reach out to us if you have questions.

Over eight weeks, participants will explore topics such as:

- Developing and refining your Santa or Mrs. Claus persona.
- Creating meaningful interactions with children and families.
- Storytelling and communication skills.
- Props, traditions, and creating believable magic.
- Professionalism, ethics, and handling difficult situations.
- Building confidence and improving performance.
- Faith, compassion, and understanding the responsibility that comes with wearing the red suit.
- Preparing physically, mentally, and spiritually for future seasons.
